We use up front pricing so you avoid unexpected costs. £30 per hour for two hours minimum / £105 for four hours (£15 discount) / £185 for seven hours (£25 discount). Project and design work are P.O.A

We understand that sometimes plans change. To keep things fair for both sides, we have the following cancellation terms in place:

• 24+ hours’ notice: No charge.
   
• Less than 24 hours’ notice (including same-day cancellations): 50% of the agreed service fee will be charge, unless we are able to reschedule your appointment to a new date. Please note that rescheduling is not always possible.
   

This helps us cover the time set aside for your booking and ensures we can continue to provide a reliable service to all customers.

Payment is accepted by cash, card payment or BACs via an invoice sent via email or text and settled by the last working day of the month.

Yes, I can supply these for you or work with what you already have. If I am purchasing plants and materials, the cost is added to your invoice. 

Please note: Once plants have been installed and work has been completed, Roots Garden Company accepts no responsibility for the ongoing care, survival, or condition of plants. Aftercare and maintenance are the client’s responsibility.

Terms of service: Roots take great care to install healthy plants, but their long-term success depends on aftercare such as watering, soil conditions, and protection from weather and pests. Once we have completed the job of 'bedding in', the responsibility for ongoing care rests with the client. For our repeat service customers, routine tasks such as deadheading, pruning, and general upkeep will be carried out as part of our ongoing service.

Availability varies and depends on the hours you would like to book with Roots but I'll let you know as soon as possible. We try to be flexible and offer a range of dates and times but sometimes this isn't always possible.

Yes, we use our own hand tools, battery operated equipment and ladder. We must do this to comply with our business insurance conditions.
